After losing her parents in India, young Mary Lennox is sent to live with her reclusive uncle at Misselthwaite Manor in Yorkshire. Surrounded by secrets and grief, Mary discovers a locked garden, a hidden cousin and the possibility that neglected things - and people - can bloom again.
