ABOUT TOM TIVOL
Tom Tivol is President and CEO of Tom Tivol Jewels. A gemologist, educator, and appraiser, his career in fine jewelry spans more than four decades.

ABOUT SPINNING TREE THEATRE
Spinning Tree Theatre creates tuition-free opportunities for young artists with and without disabilities to work alongside professional artists in the creation and performance of theatre.
Andrew and Michael Grayman-Parkhurst founded Spinning Tree Theatre in 2010 as a professional company producing bold, artist-driven theatre. During the 2020 shutdown, the isolation experienced by young people and the scarcity of genuinely inclusive arts opportunities led them to reconsider who the theatre was for and what it could accomplish. Youth with and without disabilities creating theatre alongside professional artists became the company’s core mission.
Young artists with disabilities are not separated into a special program, and young artists are not guests at the edges of an adult production. Youth and professionals form one ensemble, creating fully realized plays and musicals together. Ambitious material and high expectations are paired with the individualized support each artist needs to succeed.
Access is planned and funded as part of the artistic process. Depending on an artist’s needs, Spinning Tree pays for therapists, ASL interpreters, accessibility professionals, and individualized support. Families are never asked to carry those costs.
